This project is about James and Jamie, who have been bottling and blending whisky for just three years, although they spent seventeen years tasting, buying and selling other people’s whisky. They have taken the plunge and started their own project. It’s an adventure and we’re along for the ride.

Every bottling is a one-off. They travel across Scotland sniffing out barrels to bring home to Leith where each is treated completely differently. Some bring balance to a blend, and some are conditioned and aged until it is just right for bottling. This operation is properly tiny. James and Jamie have selected the whisky, racked it, blended it, bottled and labelled it themselves.

These gents champion independent people and businesses in Leith and in the wider whisky community and we’re chuffed to bring their whiskies to our shelves and your glasses.
