Refund policy
We want you to always enjoy your purchases, so if you are unhappy with any of the wines you have received please do get in touch at hello@thesourcingtable.com and we will try to organise a replacement or other alternative as soon as possible.
If a wine is deemed faulty by the customer, we will happily send a replacement for free including all delivery costs. If a replacement isn't available or desired, a refund or credit will be issued. In some cases we may ask to inspect faulty wines, so please hold onto them.
Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund including delivery charges. When returned, the items will be checked and must be in perfect, unopened condition. Items will be collected at the cost of The Sourcing Table Ltd unless outside of Mainland UK.
