SHIPPING
All orders to Mainland UK and NI are processed within 1-2 working days with the aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. The majority of orders are delivered next day, but we cannot guarantee this. If you need an order urgently, please do get in touch at hello@thesourcingtable.com
Although we do our utmost to avoid it (we really do!), there are sometimes delays due to high volumes or delivery service problems that are out of our control. If we expect your order will be delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible.
SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
All shipping within Mainland UK and NI is sent using Parcelforce24 which normally requires a signature upon delivery unless alternative arrangements are made. You may also be asked for proof of age by the delivery driver, so keep those IDs handy.
For UK Mainland and NI orders with a value over £100, delivery is free. Otherwise next-day delivery is charged at £10.
Orders within the M25 are sent via Packfleet, who are a truly wonderful, carbon neutral delivery service. You will receive live updates throughout your delivery, with the option to pick time slots and different days. As they are impressively gentle with every package, we reuse and upcycle original wine boxes, so please excuse their appearance (sustainability > aesthetics).
RETURNS
We want you to always enjoy your purchases, so if you are unhappy with any of the wines you have received please do get in touch at hello@thesourcingtable.com and we will try to organise a replacement or other alternative as soon as possible.
If a wine is deemed faulty by the customer, we will happily send a replacement for free including all delivery costs. If a replacement isn't available or desired, a refund or credit will be issued. In some cases we may ask to inspect faulty wines, so please hold onto them.
Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund including delivery charges. When returned, the items will be checked and must be in perfect, unopened condition. Items will be collected at the cost of The Sourcing Table Ltd unless outside of Mainland UK.
