This wine is densely packed with apricot, pear, orange blossom and spice. The structure carries everything with elegance and the finish is perfect; zippy and salty. This wine is one of the top cuvees made by the domaine, and comes from the terroir of Cévins- maybe steeper and less inviting as a home for a vine than you could have expected!
