This Chardonnay is bright, fresh and super precise. Pure lemon and granny smith apple skin are met with white flowers. Bright acidity and texture are in perfect balance and the wine finishes mineral and clean. The work in the vineyards is meticulous and dedicated and this is translated into the wine. Inspired by modern approaches to Burgundy, this is Burgundy superstar winemaker Cryprian Arlaud's take on terroir. This is his first foray into white wine, and what a wine it is.
