A new world version of the reds from France's Cheverney region, blending Pinot Noir & Gamay. They follow the rules of the Loire region, and give a new expression. They let each vintage dictate winemaking, using a combination of concrete and old barriques to age in and varying the ratio of Pinot Noir and Gamay.
