Edy’s passion for wine began early, growing up in a vineyard-owning family in Mendoza. In 2012, Edy and David launched Per Se, his own small-scale parcelaire project in Gualtallary, Uco Valley, known as the most prestigious appellation in south America, a real gem acclaimed for its exceptional terroir with cool climate and complex soils. Their vineyard, planted at 1,500 meters in the lands of the Monasterio de Gualtallary, produces distinct wines from specific parcels, each with unique soil types. Despite being a young project, Per Se’s wines already exhibit remarkable finesse and purity.
Join us for dinner with the winemaker behind these 100 point wines. Hear the story behind the bottles, and enjoy a full tasting menu alongside his critically acclaimed wines. Edy is one of the most charming winemakers we've had the pleasure to meet, and we can't wait to welcome you to an unforgettable evening.
