A shimmering skin-contact Muscat that looks like liquid gold in the glass. Gorgeous and expressive, with notes of orange blossom, red apple, fennel and grapes, plus a grippy texture on the finish. A perfect wine to enjoy with aromatic spices, or fatty pork dishes.

Pedro Olivares is based in Murcia and has dedicated his project to exploring the wealth of old vines in this region. Their vines are all found at high altitude sites, with one site being the highest in Europe at a dizzy 1700 metres. Pedro writes: “This can only be achieved through dedication and effort. On each foot of land, we lay our heart and soul, whilst at the same time without renouncing the standards that characterize our work, an exceptionally personal viewpoint that is founded on the principles of biodynamic agriculture.”
