This is un vin type which means once fermentation was complete it was aged under flor, like a dry sherry, lending flavours of salted almond, salt and lemon zest. These flavours run alongside rich apricot and yellow apple notes. 

This wine is showing wonderfully in its youth, pair it with tortilla and homemade mayo spiked with garlic.
