Grenache, Pinot Noir and Mourvèdre. Mostly whole-bunch fermented. Red and black berries, musk and herbs on the nose. The palate is medium bodied with excellent clarity of fruit, lemon-like acidity and tightly packed tannins, the finish wonderfully dry.
