Made from established vines and hand-picked, the grapes for this were traditionally crushed by foot, resulting in a pure, vibrant expression of Cabernet Franc. Expect bright red cherry and fresh raspberry, a subtle hint of tomato leaf in the background and white pepper spice with silky, ripe tannins pulling everything together. Just 400 bottles were produced, with no fining or filtration used.
