This is a really elegant Riesling. Intense, rich ripe pears bursting with juice and peaches but with a saline and crystalline element. It is finely grippy with a savoury acidity and a long juicy finish. It's tight on the nose and a touch reductive, so pop it in a bigger glass or decant it. This is going to do wonders served with pate and a thick slice of brioche toast.
