This is the signature red. Cool nights in the growing season have translated in to a bright and aromatic wine while firm yet elegantly structure is driven by sunny days. Full of ripe black plum and cherry flavours yet chiseled and focused, with lovely aromatics of wild thyme and rosemary and a sprinkle of cracked black pepper.
