The fruit here comes from one of the cooler sites, and the wine is made slowly with nearly three years in barrel, building layers of flavour and structure in the wine. The aromatic nose is dominated by lime leaf, zest and lemongrass, with rich buttery biscuit and salted nuts. The wine is precise and elegant with bright acidity and a long finish.
