Lelie van Saron is the solo venture of Natasha Williams, a young, talented winemaker from the small town of Saron in the Western Cape. After spending time abroad - completing a harvest in California and travelling through France – Natasha was inspired to start her own project. Lelie van Saron translates to 'The Lily of Saron' in Afrikaans and references Natasha's deep love for her hometowns natural beauty. For Natasha, wine is all about reflecting nature.
