White Burgundy with a difference; a third of the blend is Pinot Blanc. This lifts the wine and gives an aromatic touch. Honey on hot buttered toast alongside fresh peaches and a touch of blossom all rounded of with a twist of salt. 

Open a bottle of this at lunch with some fresh sheep's cheese, cultured butter and a hunk of crusty bread.
