This wine is inviting and mouthwatering. Lemon, grapefruit and tangerine zest are aromatic and compliment the blossom and jasmine notes on the nose. On the palate, we have wet stone and oyster shell alongside a lean acidity. The orchard fruit and citrus carry through and the wine finishes clean with a long finish.
This wine is going to go great with food. I don’t think you can go wrong with a big old bowl of pasta with fresh homemade pesto and plenty of crusty bread for mopping up.
