This Chenin Blanc shows a laser-focused and precise style. Fruit is generous with nectarine, freshly squeezed lemon juice and juicy green pears with a touch of blossom. 

The wine is made from vines that exceed 40 years old. The wine is then made in steel to preserve this bright, pure style. This will do great things as an aperitif with some clams in white wine.
