This wine is aromatic and rich with great intensity. Black fruit from the Cabernet Sauvignon as well as some spice from a touch of new oak. The tannin is fine and well integrated, lending to a supple texture.
This wine would be perfect beside a sirloin steak with peppercorn sauce and some dark green leafy vegetables.
This wine is made my Maxime St-Martin, who is the youngest winemaker in the region. He is farming just 3 hectares of vines, producing wine of great concentration.
