    This wine is lead by pineapple but spiked with aromatic spices of caraway and cumin. Juicy citrus acidity and light floral notes on the nose lift the wine, showing the tempering effects of the altitude and excellent draining soils. The finish is long, leaving the palate clean. Pair this with marmalade sponge pudding or a soft washed-rind cheese with crackers.
