Stunningly ethereal, pure, pretty and vibrant Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley. Subtly silky tannins, hints of spice and forest floor, with a top note of red berry and plum. A really beautiful wine that celebrates Pinot Noir's structure.

This wine needs no counterpart. But I think alongside a fillet steak or a carpaccio, this wine would sing. 

The wine is aged primarily in Amphorae made by the winemaker, Andrew. He is influenced by a history of wine being aged this way for thousands of years. He enjoys the way this method celebrates the energy and texture of the grapes.
