A pretty, natural, but clean Sauvignon Blanc from Tour. Tropical fruit bomb with high acidity. Notes of mango and peach and a very sharp finish. Slightly nutty due to light oxidation. This exciting wine shows the breadth of this grape- this is not the Sauvignon Blanc you know.
