At the Table with Javi Revert

It’s with great excitement that we welcome winemaker Javi Revert to join us for a comprehensive tasting of his truly exceptional wines. 

Javi is the very definition of a rising star, his wines from Eastern Spain are getting more and more attention from wine critics and collectors alike. His approach is a pursuit for freshness, focusing on cooler north-facing sites at altitudes above 700m featuring indigenous varieties such as Tortosi, Trepadell, and Arcos.

As described by Luis Gutierrez, Javi is “one of the most exciting young growers in the Mediterranean zone of Spain” and this evening is the opportunity to taste through is wines, many of which are made in miniscule quantities, with the man himself.

You will taste 8 of his wines from two of his projects, learn about the landscape, the history of the vineyards, and Javier’s winemaking and viticultural philosophy. We may be biased, but this is a must attend event for any enthusiast!
