At the Table with Curro Barreno

Carrying on with our week of Spanish winemaker visits, we are thrilled to have Curro Barreno joining us, winemaker from Fedellos. 

Originally from Grados, Curro is effortlessly making ethereal yet profound expressions of a myriad of grape varieties, all perilously perched on steep terraces in Ribera Sacra and partly in Valdeorras. The wines are gently made, with low extraction and cool ferments, resulting in supremely elegant wines that are equally memorable and delicious.

This is the rare opportunity to taste through all of the Fedellos wines with the winemaker in attendance, telling the stories behind the wines and the vineyards, all accompanied with a selection of delicious cheeses and charcuterie.
