Three years ago, we hosted our first tasting dinner with one of our legendary producers, Timo Mayer. That night was one of the highlights of 2022, and we are excited to announce: Timo is back.
On Wednesday 27th August, please join us at The Sourcing Table Peckham. You will be treated to the complete range, including the most recent releases.
When it comes to standout Australian winemakers, Timo Mayer is always in the mix, and for good reason. His wines are known for their vibrancy, precision, and unmistakable sense of place, reflecting the Yarra Valley at its absolute best.
Timo might modestly describe himself as “just a farmer,” but those who’ve had the pleasure of meeting him, or tasting his wines, know there’s a lot more to the story. Charismatic, passionate, and never short on personality, he brings as much energy to the room as he does to every bottle.
