Full-bodied and ripe, but alive with freshness. The fruit profile is dark and ripe with kirsch cherries, cassis and blackberries so ripe they fall apart in your fingers. Thyme and rosemary come through on the nose as well as a hint of black olive. This is a classic southern France blend of Carignan, Grenache and Syrah, delivering exactly what we want from them. Serve alongside Toulouse sausages with lentils and pretend you're in the South of France!
