The Hirsch family are dedicated to the production of elegant Grüner Veltliner and Riesling from some of the best vineyard sites in the Kamptal region: Lamm, Renner, Grub, Gaisberg and the legendary Heiligenstein. Proud proponents of biodynamics and a founding member of respekt, their viticultural approach is characterised by an understanding and love for nature that results in wines that reflect the vitality of the region they are crafted from.

Considered one of the best white wine producing estates in Austria, all their wines carry the hallmark characters of intense fruit and a broad aromatic profile at a modest alcohol content.
