This orange wine is brimming with aromatics, carried by a structured palate. The nose is intense, ranging from white pepper and celery to grapefruit and jasmine, but with ginger and mango too. A touch of bitterness cleanses the palate and brings you back for another taste. The complexity comes from Savagnin and Chardonnay, given whole-bunch maceration and Les Marnes Blanches’ signature slow ageing, this time in amphorae and foudre.
