This is a bright fresh Chardonnay that shows off the fruit of the Central Coast and its cooler climate. Pineapple, white peach and green apple notes are preserved by fermenting in steel.This wine hasn't had any oak but it has had some time on lees lending a brioche note to this otherwise fruit-driven wine.
