Made from the ancient, low-yielding, à la Dame strain of the variety, the wine is delicately extracted lending it a beautiful hue while retaining grip. Crunchy cranberry and hibiscus are joined by earth and leaves. Pink grapefruit and dark chocolate are reminiscent of Turkish delight.
