This blend from the South of France, and inspired by the Jura, combines both styles seamlessly. Bright and fresh, with yellow apple and green plum, with a savoury, mineral edge. Etienne was selling the beautiful fruit his family was growing until 2011. Since then, we have seen his own clean, precise style of winemaking.
