This Chablis has great typicity. Beautifully poised and balanced. White grapefruit and lime zest, granny smith apples and crunchy conference pear dominate. Taut, but with an underlying richness and intensity and a firm finish.

This wine was made in steel to preserve this traditional style. In this vein, the wine is going to sing beside raw fish, particularly oysters.
