Ripe bramble fruit flavours and spice on the palate, a firm tannic structure, and distinct pepperiness owing to the high proportion of Petit Verdot in the blend. This wine is elegant and textural. Throw it in a decanter and you won't be disappointed.

This wine is made from a 3 hectare little plot, planted back in 1939 and it bucks a lot of trends. It is unusual to find a Bordeaux Superieur in Medoc, especially when it's planted so heavily with Petit Verdot.
