This is a deep hillside of limestone that is perfectly suited to Gewürztraminer. This is a powerful, bone-dry wine combining great tension with structure and rich fruit. White peach, blossom and lime leaf are complimented with nutmeg and liquorice. Tension remains throughout and the finish is long and saline.
