Notes of toast and brioche, butter, sage and rosemary. Powerful from the outset with its sharp acidity, suave, complex and long. This site has the biggest drop in temperature at night, slowing down the ripening of the fruit and maximising the complexity we find in the wine. 

Serve this beside fresh grilled seabass with a good squeeze of lemon.
