We’re delighted to welcome Sara from Bibi Graetz to The Sourcing Table for a special tasting exploring the wines of this distinctive Tuscan estate. She’ll guide us through a selection of reds and whites, sharing the story behind the winery and the thinking that shapes its approach to winemaking.

Bibi Graetz has built his winemaking around a fascination with old vines and a passion for Tuscany’s native grape varieties. Working with vineyards across the region, from the hills around Florence to the island of Giglio, he seeks to capture the character of each site in wines that combine depth and complexity with freshness and elegance.

We’ll be tasting a selection that showcases the breadth of the estate, and have even dug into the cellar to bring out a mature 2016 vintage of Testamatta for the occasion.
