A blend of Muller Thurgau and Gruner Veltliner, this brilliant white has a herbaceous, rocket-y nose with hints of green apple and elderflower. Fleshy on the palate with great texture, and a slight spritz when first opened. Serve this little number as an aperitif with salty pretzels.
