This wine is bright and pithy yet delicately creamy. With Lemon zest and pith and oyster shell. The wine is elegant and persistent with a clean, mineral finish. This wine would be a stunning pairing for a flat fish with a lemon butter sauce.

After the frosts of 2017, the limited juice of 3 plots was combined in a one-off project, never to be made again- except it was so good they carried on making it! The Chenin is from 3 sites, one on Schist soil, two on volcanic rock. Fermentation is spontaneous and slow, and the wine sees no oak, allowing us to taste these three terroirs.
