Dry and flinty with a great depth and a tangy, mineral complexity complimenting notes of zippy green fruit. Sébastien Treuillet replanted his family's cereal crop in 1991 in favour of Sauvignon Blanc and we're so happy he did! As the vines have got older, the intensity and complexity of the grapes has grown and the wine goes from strength to strength. Serve this with a whole Sea Bream and bring the best out of this classic.
