With this elegant Baga he has collaborated with The Sourcing Table's own Ben Henshaw, and Master of Wine Alvaro Ribalta, in an effort to shine a light on the Quinta de Baixo in Bairrada DO. Dirk firmly believes that Quinta de Baixo is home to some of Portugal’s best terroirs. Bright and crunchy. Red berry fruits open up to earthy background aromatics. The palate is firm and fresh, with mouth-watering acidity and a long pure finish.
