This is a wonderfully complex and characterful wine sources from the island of Mallorca, between the towns of Binissalem and Concell. Made entirely from the native variety of Escursac, this has a beautiful balance of crunchy fruit with some savoury dried herbal notes and food-friendly structure. Redcurrants, cranberry and raspberry fruits combine with sage and rosemary and fine grained tannins.
