Direct press of Malvasia Nera and Aleatico, grown on limestone rich soils. Fermentation in stainless steel gives pure expression of terroir and fruit. Wild strawberries and dried herbs give way to a moreish salinity and structure. This is somewhere between red and rose, with the structure to pair with a fillet steak, but would equally sing with some salty crackers.
