This Trebbiano is fresh and savoury with a lovely aromatic nose. It smells like armfuls of fresh cut flowers. It has rich citrus zest, yellow apple and hay. The intensity of flavour alongside the waxy texture work in balance and enable this wine to go toe-to-toe with those with a more considerable price tag. Serve this with a big rich bowl of pasta with cream and anchovies.
