This superb wine has a bright, light gold colour and a rich, overripe nose with aromas of papaya and pineapple with nutmeg and clove spice. On the palate this is not the Gewurztraminer you know. The wine has surprising freshness. Rich, powerful, with an unusual and remarkable acidic structure.

Bruno is proudly making "living wines". His vines are striking in their wild nature, looking borderline abandoned, but the rich ecosystem he nurtures cannot be denied. There are wild plants, flowers and animals celebrating his parcels of vines. Moving to the winery, the energy you feel at Domaine Lissner is overwhelmingly calm. Bruno believes every bottle of wine he produces is living and will evolve once the bottle is opened. He encourages us to open a bottle and not to be shy to taste it the next day, the next week, the next month!
