This is a bright, zippy, punchy Semillon bringing cracking value to the table. This wine is super fresh, with lime zest, peach skins, green plum and a pinch of salt. It is a lovely example of cool climate Australian Semillon. 
The winery takes care protecting the biodiversity and environment around them. Wines are pressed and fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeast. 
This earns a place on the table beside oily fish, or maybe even a roast chicken.
