Bold and textured Riesling that is full of energy. Bitter citrus zest, and smoke with citrus marmalade and a rich salinity. The grapes come from different lieux-dits, mostly Southeast facing. Vinified in stainless steel and aged on its lees for a year.

Bruno is proudly making "living wines". His vines are striking in their wild nature, looking borderline abandoned, but the rich ecosystem he nurtures cannot be denied. There are wild plants, flowers and animals celebrating his parcels of vines. Moving to the winery, the energy you feel at Domaine Lissner is overwhelmingly calm. Bruno believes every bottle of wine he produces is living and will evolve once the bottle is opened. He encourages us to open a bottle and not to be shy to taste it the next day, the next week, the next month!
