Domaine Dupraz are farming vines that were planted in 1908 on dizzying slopes at 350-450m elevation. It's not surprising that this means everything is worked by hand. The Domaine practice natural grassing, using the natural cover crop to reinvigorate the soils and reduce the need to spray.
