Pinot Noir, Trousseau and Gamay, this wine is brimming with bright, juicy red fruit. Measured with a creamy texture. The wine is rich but light, with silky tannin. Wet earth and gravel notes give real depth and the finish is long with mouthwatering red berries. Silky, elegant and earthy. Very special.

The wine is fermented and aged primarily in Amphorae made by the winemaker, Andrew. He is influenced by a history of wine being aged this way for thousands of years. He enjoys the way this method celebrates the energy and texture of the grapes.
