This wine is juicy with bags of bight red cherries, beside an aromatic savoury edge of capsicum and tomato leaf and a spritz of white pepper. This wine is wonderfully bright and youthful, with sophistication and balance. A hunk of Pecorino beside this would be a wonderful pairing in itself, but if we're having dinner, serve this with a lamb stew and new potatoes.
