A co-fermentation of Northern Italian varieties Barbera, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo & Arneis, so 3 reds and a white. It is a lively and fresh wine with a beautiful and interesting nose of fresh earthy raspberries and sour red cherries. Just a tickle of tannin gives balance. Aromatically complex but highly gluggable. Pop this in the fridge for 10 minutes before you serve to get the most from it.
